Our Story

Lamb Residential Services focuses primarily on renovating and restoring older homes. With more than two decades of experience, we manage large-scale renovations and restorations, as well as the ongoing maintenance and detailed work historic homes require. Additionally, we carry the required General Contractor’s Licenses for Dewey Beach, Henlopen Acres, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and North Shores.

After 20 years of spending summer and winter vacations at our family home in Rehoboth Beach, we made the permanent move in August 2019 and enrolled our daughter in Rehoboth Elementary School. As full-time residents, we have embraced life in this beautiful coastal community, which also honors our family’s long history in Delaware.

Original architectural details were carefully preserved and elevated to ensure its timeless elegance endures for generations.
